Internal threaded sockets to create a removable fixing for use with chemical anchoring resin, and very often with perforated nylon sleeves. Internal threaded sockets are designed to be used either alone, with chemical anchor resin to create a removable fixing. The threaded insert can be used with a standard thread bolt. These can be used in concrete, asphalt, and very often with perforated nylon sleeves in hollow voids. The plastic blue collar prevents resin overflow, and the metal is galvanised to prevent corrosion.

Perforated metal sleeves are an effective way to create a fixing, where there is a hollow void, such as in many types of block and brick work. These sleeves come in 1 metre lengths, in different diameters. Resin is injected to fill the volume of the sleeve, and then forced through the perforations when the fixing rod is inserted. This distributes the resin evenly in the fixing cavity, forming a solid joint between the resin, the fixing and the sleeve.
