The QHS-400 is an extremely efficient & powerful hand held saw for cutting through concrete, masonry, stone
and steel reinforcement up to a depth of 150mm. Amongst other features, this 400mmØ hand held saw has a
chainsaw style handle, large anti block water misting jets, and detachable guide rollers which ensures optimal user
control. The motor is also fitted with an innovative IPM system which manages the volume of power entering the
motor depending on the circumstances in hand.
Additional features include the option to purchase a Flush Cut Flange to enable the saw to flush cut against a wall or floor/ceiling
Available in 230V and 110V.
This will be due for completion and launch in 2018
Internal threaded sockets to create a removable fixing for use with chemical anchoring resin, and very often with perforated nylon sleeves.
Internal threaded sockets are designed to be used either alone, with chemical anchor resin to create a removable fixing. The threaded insert can be used with a standard thread bolt. These can be used in concrete, asphalt, and very often with perforated nylon sleeves in hollow voids.
The plastic blue collar prevents resin overflow, and the metal is galvanised to prevent corrosion.
Perforated metal sleeves are an effective way to create a fixing, where there is a hollow void, such as in many types of block and brick work. These sleeves come in 1 metre lengths, in different diameters.
Resin is injected to fill the volume of the sleeve, and then forced through the perforations when the fixing rod is inserted. This distributes the resin evenly in the fixing cavity, forming a solid joint between the resin, the fixing and the sleeve.
The BIT mixer is the special unique mixer system from BIT United. Other mixers can also be supplied depending upon application.
The special design of interior elements mixes the two components more homogeneously. Options of mixers with hangers are designed for to retail markets.
